The goal is to work with you and your body where it is at now, and just keep trying something new each class. You do NOT need to be a dancer, super flexible, able to do a pull up- whatever excuse you might use to talk yourself out of it! Outside of the fitness benefits, Aerial classes help improve coordination, proprioception, confidence, boost your mood, and build an appreciation for what your body can do- all while giving your comfort zone just enough push.
