Camrose Off Leash Dog Parks With one permanent dog park (behind Walmart) and specific summer and winter off-leash dog parks at Stoney Creek Park and the Golf Course respectively, we've got space for you and your dog to play without a leash! Dogs are welcome (on leash) in all parks in Camrose, however. Winter : the Golf Course is an off-leash area. Summer dog parks Winter dog parks Explore the map Off-Leash Dog Park Rules These are shared, multi-use facilities; respect other dogs and owners. Dogs are to be wearing a current license, identification and owner contact tag(s). Dogs must be accompanied by their owner who must be able to maintain effective verbal control of their dog at all times. Dogs must be both dog and human friendly. Dogs involved in aggressive incidents must leave the area immediately. Dogs must be: a minimum of six months of age, immunized and spayed/neutered. A leash not exceeding two meters (six feet) must be carried at all times. Be sure to dispose of your dog's waste in designated containers. Designated "dangerous dogs" and "guard dogs" are not permitted in these areas. Owners are responsible for the behaviour, welfare and safety of their dog(s) while using these areas. Owners are personally liable for any damages or injury their dog inflicts or receives...the City of Camrose is not.

Just so you know Participation Registration Deadline September 23, 2026 (NOON) Campaign Dates November 12- December 17, 2026 What's it all about? This annual campaign includes: A holiday gift guide Social media and print marketing Gnome-themed picture frames to bring holiday cheer and people into your business People visit local businesses in the Camrose region, take a photo with a gnome, and enter to win prizes of up to $1,000 in gift cards. Register Today! How to participate Donate a minimum $50 gift card from your business (or another local business) in $50 increments. Drop off your gift cards to City Hall (attn: Maven or Kevin) or to the Camrose County office (attn: Lina). Social Media All businesses will be included in social media (facebook) features from the official Tourism Camrose page. Increase your reach by sending us a 30-50 second video featuring your business and products you want to highlight! Gift Guide Send a photo, short description, and location of your business by Sept 23 to be included in the gift guide (example below). Email your info in. See an example Video The top 5 gift card donors will be given the opportunity to be in the feature video (if they haven't been featured in these shop local videos in recent years). See the last video There's gnome place like Camrose! Purchase a gnome-themed selfie picture frame to be at your business for around $100. People shopping for the holidays will be encouraged to visit your business, take a picture with your gnome frame and share these pictures on social media for their chance to win the previously mentioned gift cards weekly with a grand prize draw on December 19 worth $1,000 or more. Purchasing this frame is not mandatory but highly recommended! These frames are a perfect addition to your participation in this campaign if you have a storefront or attend holiday markets! If you don't have a storefront, you are welcome to have your frame hosted at the Camrose & District Chamber of Commerce. Yes, you can use the same gnomes as previous years! Register Today! The first key date is September 23, 2026. To officially "opt in" we will need to collect a $50 gift card (or more) for your business or another local business that will be used as a prize during the campaign draws. If you want a smaller gnome, you can get the gnome on a stick frame for roughly $40. If you have a gnome from previous years campaigns, you are more than welcome to use that gnome!
