This Familiarization Bus Tour is designed for front‑line staff working in hospitality, retail, and foodservice—including reception staff, greeters, servers, and anyone who interacts directly with customers. By seeing and experiencing these places yourself, you’ll feel more confident recommending activities, destinations, and experiences to both visitors and locals. Managers and supervisors are also welcome to attend.
