Dogs on leash are welcome to explore the paved Camrose trail system with you! Or take them to one of our off-leash dog parks. Dogs are welcome to ski with you at the Golf Course trails only.

Paved trails are snow-cleared in winter.

Walk either way around the lake. Be sure to stop in at the Visitor Information Centre (Bill Fowler Centre) and lace up some skates!

The most popular skating rinks in Camrose are at Mirror Lake, Victoria Park, and St. Pat's Rink with boards and lights from 4:30pm-10:30pm

Miquelon Lake Provincial Park

The main ski trails are accessed at the Stoney Creek Centre or at the Four Seasons Park on 50 St. near the Augustana Campus.

The Camrose Golf Course trails are maintained less frequently, but are great if you want to take your dog along with you for your skiing adventure.

Miquelon Lake Provincial Park sets classic ski tracks as conditions allow.

Chickadee Trail is known as a hot spot for friendly chickadees that will eat sunflower seeds out of your hand. This is also a great spot for a scenic walk along the river valley.

Mayer Aquatic Centre

This facility features an eight lane 25m training pool, diving board, lazy river, tots shallow play area, steam room, and waterslide. Change rooms and facilities are equipped to accommodate people with accessibility requirements.

Skate for free at one of the 10 outdoor skating rinks or during public skate times at the Recreation Centre in Rudy Swanson Park.

With five private rooms and widescreen simulators, golfers of all skill levels can enjoy a round of golf on the course. Golf clubs are available for rent although you may bring your own. You can also book the facility for up to 50 people.

The biathlon range trails are maintained by the Camrose Ski Club for winter and summer biathlon events. Notable, Camrose hosts the Calforex Cup #3 in January each winter.
